The average cost of the worst single breach suffered by organisations surveyed in 2015 was at £1.46 million up from £600,000 in 2014 and the higher-end of the average range also more than doubled and is now costing £3.14 million (from £1.15m in 2014) according to the Information Security Breaches Survey 2015.
Furthermore 90% of large organisation had a security breach, up 81% from a year ago. Organisations continue to suffer from external and internal attacks yet Cyber Incident Management is an afterthought in most companies. It is likely that most organisations will experience some form of security incident that will require an immediate and measured response.

The content is intended for senior management and business executives who wish to gain a better understanding of incident response or are responsible for helping organizations plan and prepare for potential cyber threats and effectively deal with actual cyber-attacks. This is not a technical course therefore there are no prerequisites.
